Name Of Clan: Koori Clan

The Koori Clan has two branchs main and side. The main branch controls ice/water, and the Side controls snow. ((This is to help the admin, if i would have only put water or ice or snow, someone else would make them and godmod with them.))

Main Branch Eye Levels

Level 1: Water Eye

To get this eye you must be genin. The user must meditate for a whole day to get it.
The power for this eye includes only minor Water control at first.(so no freezing or unfreezing of the water)

Level 2: The Frozen Water Eye

Spoiler:

The user must be chuunin to get this eye. This eye must be actived by the Clan Leader.
The power of this eye is to only freeze the water around them. So they can't unfreeze it, so when it freezes the user can't unfreeze it until they deactive the eye.

Level 3: The Great Blizzard Eye

The user must be rank jounin or higher. The user must freeze themself into a block of ice, and wait until the Freezing temp. actives the eye. The users core temp. with decrease when this eye is actived. The user must also be the leader of the clan or the leader of the main branch.
The power of this eye is complete master of ice and water.

The Side Branch Eye levels

Level 1: The First Snow Eye

The user must get his eye at genin, through long meditateion.
The power of this eye only gives the use the abilty to control snow minorly.

Level 2: The First Blizzard Snow

Spoiler:

The user will have this eye for two Ranks, Chuunin and Jounin.
The power is the use can control snow almost to full master, but the user must be strong cause if not. They will lose control and cause a snow strom.

Level 3: The Powerful Snow Storm Eye

The user must be the leader of the koori clan or leader fo the side Beanch to have this eye. The user must cover themselves in ten foot snow, and wait for the eye to active(about a day RL).The power of this eye is Complete masterty over Snow.

Background on Koori Clan: The Koori Clan was the Great Descents of Haku(From the naruto Show). Htey jsut rediscovered there power again. They are lost from all histroy books, so nothing is in know about them. Hakushin Koori he new leader of the clan, is Believed to be the last one of the Great Side Branch.
